Overview
The NIST AI RMF (2023) organizes AI risk management into four functions: GOVERN (establish culture and accountability), MAP (identify AI risks in context), MEASURE (analyze and assess risks), and MANAGE (prioritize and treat risks). Widely adopted for US government AI procurement and enterprise AI governance programs.
